The hot and cold water self-priming pump is a new type of high-efficiency and energy-saving household water pump. It has functions such as automatic start and stop (not available in ordinary models), water shortage shutdown, card protection, delayed start, etc. The outer shell surface adopts electrostatic spraying technology, which is more durable than spray painting. The pump body flow channel adopts enamel technology, which has stronger anti-rust ability.
Hot and cold water self-priming pumps are widely used in household water extraction, well water extraction, tap water pressurization, garden irrigation, and vegetable greenhouse water supply. It is especially suitable for pressurizing water heater pipes with insufficient water pressure to prevent the phenomenon of hot and cold water supply.
The electric pump should be able to work normally and continuously under the following conditions of use
1. The temperature of the conveying medium does not exceed 0-100℃
2. The pH value of the medium is between 6.5-8.5
3. The volume ratio of solid impurities does not exceed 0.1%, and the particle size is not greater than 0.2mm
4. The power frequency is 50Hz, the voltage is single-phase AC 220V, three-phase AC 380V, and the voltage fluctuation range is 0.9-1.1 times the rated value
5. Protection level IP44
6. When the temperature is below 0℃, anti-freeze work should be done. When not in use, open the waterproof screw at the bottom of the pump body and drain the accumulated water in the pump body to avoid freezing and cracking the pump body.
(Note: Before using the automatic model, it is necessary to ensure that the pipeline is not leaking)
Automatic control: Through the microcomputer system, the flow and pressure dual control is used to monitor the flow and pressure changes in the pipeline to ensure that the product can achieve precise automatic control functions;
Water shortage protection: Automatic power-off protection after 6 minutes of running without water for the first time, and start the pump at intervals of 1, 6, 12, and 24 hours to detect whether there is water;
Stuck machine protection: When the water pump is not used for a long time, it will run for 8 seconds every 72 hours to remove rusty water to prevent the water pump from getting stuck;
Delayed start: When the pump is powered on for the first time, it will be delayed for 3 seconds to protect the product and personal safety;
Electrostatic spraying: The surface of the shell adopts electrostatic spraying technology, which has stronger anti-oxidation and rust resistance;
Enamel technology: The flow channel of the pump body adopts enamel technology, which has stronger anti-rust ability.
1. Power off without water: The water pump will automatically cut off the power after 6 minutes of running without water, and the tap water will be pressurized for water shortage protection, and it will automatically start with water. The well is protected against water shortage and will enter the protection program, 1 hour, 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, and run for 6 minutes each time. It can be used normally with water, and will enter the next program without water until it stops for protection.
2. Flow control: When the water output of the pump is very small, the microcomputer control system will automatically detect and switch to a small flow control system to ensure that the pump can still be used normally, and the service life of the pressure switch is infinitely extended, truly realizing full head operation.
3. Card protection: When the pump is not used for a long time, it will automatically run for 8 seconds every 72 hours to remove sewage and prevent the pump from getting stuck.
4. Delayed start: After the pump is plugged in, it will delay starting for 3 seconds to protect the motor and personal safety.
The diaphragm pressure tank is an energy storage device composed of a steel shell and a rubber diaphragm liner. The rubber diaphragm completely separates the water chamber and the air chamber. When the water under pressure from the outside is filled into the liner of the diaphragm pressure tank, the air sealed in the tank is compressed. According to Boyle's gas law, the volume of the gas decreases after being compressed, and the pressure increases to store energy. When the pressure in the pump chamber decreases, the compressed gas expands and can press the water in the rubber diaphragm out of the tank to achieve a buffering effect.
The surface of the water flow channel adopts ceramic technology. The workpiece is treated by the front process such as degreasing, phosphating, silane, and cleaning. The surface is adsorbed by the ceramic slurry process. The surface is formed after being baked and cured at a high temperature of 850~1000°C.
The outer surface of the metal workpiece is treated by the front process such as degreasing, silane, phosphating, and cleaning; the electrostatic adsorption method allows the powder coating to be adsorbed on the metal surface and cured at a high temperature of 220~250°C. The imported fully automatic Swiss Jinma spraying line and Japanese imported powder are used, with beautiful and full colors that last forever.
The working noise of the water pump mainly includes: the noise of the water pump itself, the pipeline resonance noise caused by the water pump operation, the water flow movement and impact noise caused by the water pump operation, mainly including aerodynamic noise, mechanical noise and electromagnetic noise.
